Curious about the blooming wildflowers on Wisdom Prairie? Want to learn their names? UW-Madison Arboretum naturalist Sylvia Marek and Julie Melton are holding a wildflower workshop on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Stop at the monastery parking lot kiosk to see examples of the many flowers in bloom. Learn how to identify the plants and some of the insects that live with them. Then walk the prairie trails with one of our colorful prairie wildflower brochures as a guide. All ages and abilities are welcome.
