Hospitality Sunday and Car Pool Sunday
Hospitality Sunday is the last Sunday of the month. All are encouraged to bring food to share. It is also a time for the Sunday Assembly community to meet and get to know other members and visitors. Carpool Sunday: gift your neighbors and Mother Earth by sharing a ride.

Centering Prayer Group
Two centering prayer groups meet on alternating Wednesday nights, 7:00-8:00 pm, in the retreat and guest house, room 10. Both incorporate a short reading and time for silent prayer or meditation. 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month: includes a short walking meditation in between periods of seated meditation 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of the month: includes brief shared responses to the reading Attendance varies from 4 to 14, depending on the night, and all are welcome in both groups. On the second Tuesday of each month members of Holy Wisdom Monastery participate in preparing, serving and sharing a meal at Luke House. We normally serve a vegetarian lasagna dinner, complete with salad, bread, and cookies, but during the pandemic the menu has changed to cold sandwiches, fruit, cut veggies, packaged chips, desserts, bottled water and hot coffee. Our community of donors and volunteers covers the cost of this meal and prepares 120-150 brown bag dinners, which costs about $350…
