7:30 pm Service, Social & hors d’oeuvres follows. We gather to hear the stories of salvation history. The liturgy continues with the lighting of the new fire and the Easter candle. The Exsultet is sung followed by the Liturgy of the Word, culminating in the great “Alleluia” and the Easter Gospel. The Easter water is blessed, then all join in the profession of faith. The Liturgy of the Eucharist follows.
9:00 am Eucharist, coffee and conversation follows. The day of resurrection continues the joy of the Vigil. We proclaim the Risen Christ in scripture, song, baptismal renewal and Eucharist.

Sunday Liturgy, Liturgical Ministries and You Attend an introduction to our worship services and all of the liturgical ministries which make up our Sunday Assembly. This is part of a monthly series to introduce new members of all the Holy Wisdom Monastery communities (and existing members as well as guests) to the activities and communities of the monastery. This event takes place at 10:15 am in the Monastery Assembly Room after our 9:00am liturgy on May 1.
The memorial service for Dick Wagner will be held at Holy Wisdom Monastery on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 3:00 pm. Visitation begins at 2:00 pm. Join Kids On the Prairie as we check out a Bluebird nest and look for other signs of nesting birds. Find foods that birds feed their nestlings.
