Each year bird enthusiasts from across the state form teams with the goal of finding as many unique bird species as possible while raising important funds for bird conservation.     Join us on May 13, 2025 | 3:00-4:30 pm We are looking for 90 people to help tilt the solar panels at Holy Wisdom Monastery Holy Wisdom Monastery is proudly a net-zero facility, having implemented solar energy and geothermal heating and cooling in 2024 in our Retreat & Guest House. You are invited to participate in the Spring Solar Tilt, a hands-on, community event where we gather together to celebrate solar energy, honor the changing seasons and pray for the earth.   • Six-legged Summit: An Insect Conference

This program involves multiple sessions, including outdoor field trips, indoor photo-filled presentations and family-friendly activities. Experienced tour guides will share the story of Caring for the Earth and help participants deepen their relationship with this land. Meet at the kiosk in the monastery building parking lot. Tours will last 1-2 hours. We will proceed with the tour in the event of light to moderate rain but cancel for thunderstorms or other severe weather.
