Ecumenism: the Truth as One
In this, the 500 year anniversary of the Reformation, we experience and explore the many voices of Christianity, and the call of the monastery to be grounded in (unity) ecumenism. Come for one or more sessions. All are welcome. $30/lunch.

Via Media is a Latin phrase translated as “middle way” or way between two extremes.
Leader:
Al Majkrzak was ordained as an Episcopal Priest in 1979. Since that time he has served as a parish priest in California, Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Illinois. He retired in 2006 and then re-retired at the end of 2017, having served as pastor of Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Wisconsin Dells for the last two and a half years. His personal ecumenical experiences include his ministry at Holy Cross, a congregation which shares a building with the Dells, Delton United Methodist Church. He and Karen, his spouse, are the parents of three sons, one of whom is a priest and monk of the Orthodox Church. Al believes strongly in ecumenism and lives that out as an oblate of Holy Wisdom Monastery and a member of Sunday Assembly.
