(1) I understand and agree that my reservation request is not finalized until I have received a confirmation from Holy Wisdom Monastery.
(2) I understand and agree that when my reservation is confirmed, my credit card will be charged 25% of all charges upfront. I further understand and agree this payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable 72 hours after my reservation has been confirmed by Holy Wisdom Monastery. I also understand and agree the remaining balance of my accommodation fees and other amenities will be charged to my credit card upon checkout. If my visit is more than 10 nights, I understand and agree that Holy Wisdom Monastery will present me with an individualized payment schedule for my remaining balance.
(3) I understand and agree if I fail to cancel my room and/or hermitage reservation by 2:00 pm on my scheduled day of arrival, the outstanding balance of my accommodation fees and other amenities will be charged to my credit card.
(4) I understand and agree that reserved meals require at least 48 hours of notice to cancel. If less than 48 hours is given, I agree to be charged for the meals.
