As we reflect on the many gifts from God, wisdom of Saint Benedict and the mission, vision and values of the Sisters at Holy Wisdom Monastery, we know that providing an inclusive spiritual and ecological home where people can experience renewal, hospitality and a sense of connectedness is core to the work of the monastery and a way to offer beauty to the world.

Achieving a Balanced Budget

We express our deepest appreciation to all who have joined in the work of Holy Wisdom Monastery. We envision wrapping up this extraordinary year with a balanced budget, if we achieve our $1,000,615 fundraising goal. As of December 9, we realized an incredible 91% of this goal and are well positioned to reach it with your help.

Your support will directly help the sisters achieve sustainability in all our essential resources to:

  • be innovative, bold and courageous in the mission
  • develop a future generation of monastic and lay leaders
  • become operationally and environmentally sustainable
  • cultivate broader contributions for all the monastery’s essential resources
  • create and provide organizational transparency
  • maintain, enhance and expand the monastery’s facilities and property, as necessary
