Experienced volunteer educators and guides will facilitate a short hike to learn about nature and explore the grounds and trails. This free event is open to members of Holy Wisdom communities and the general public. \nJune 14 – Lost Lake Critters \nWho lives in the lake? Take a look at tiny critters that feed other residents of Lost Lake. Observe painted turtles while we explore trails around the lake for signs of other creatures that call this their home.

It creates a sense of deep peace\, relaxation and nourishes resilience to deal with the stressors of everyday life. The practice has been found to regulate one’s nervous system to facilitate improved sleep and enhance overall wellbeing. \nSchedule\n\nIntroduction & Intentions\nGuided Yoga Nidra Meditation\nSharing of Experiences & Silence\n\nThis experience is open for people age 16 years and older. \nLeader\n \nIris Mickey is a Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher and a Certified Yoga Therapist. She has spent her whole adult life working in various fields in the Healing Arts. Iris is grateful for the depth of knowledge that her many teachers have shared with her and brings those teachings to everyday life through yoga\, qigong\, yoga nidra\, voice as a yoga practice and individual and group sound immersion experiences. \nCost\n$37/person \nRegistration\nThe registration deadline for this event is June 13\, 2026.
