One-Minute Meditation introduces a personal prayer practice that Tom Zanzig first developed for himself and then started to share with others. The response was so positive that he began to include the practice in many of the workshops and retreats he offered during his many years in active ministry. The practice of the one-minute meditation is deceptively simple, quick to learn, and easily adaptable to suit personal preferences and different life situations.
In this one-hour session, Tom will introduce the practice and lead us through a variety of experiences with it. He will then share seven helpful hints for including one-minute meditation as an occasional or regular element of our personal prayer practice.
