Grassland and savanna ecosystems contain lots of biodiversity, but have been lost and degraded at high rates and face new threats due to climate change. This presentation will cover information from long-term observational and experimental studies to document the drivers of change and how restoration and conservation practices can protect these habitats into the future.
Participants will learn about the broader context of prairie restoration surrounding the care for the Earth work we do at Holy Wisdom Monastery.
